Our homes are resales, so we highly recommend that you contact a local realtor before trying to visit Heritage Springs. Unaccompanied visitors without an appointment may have difficulty gaining access to our community.

Heritage Springs has three entrances. Two of them are 'Resident Only' gates that require a bar code for access. Visitors can ONLY enter the community via our manned gatehouse located at: 11130 Robert Trent Jones Parkway (on the west side of the community). You can use the gatehouse address for your GPS.
From the East: From I-75, or Veterans Expressway/Suncoast Parkway, take State Route 54 west to Trinity Boulevard. Turn left at the light and proceed to Tamarind Boulevard. Turn left at the light and turn left again on Robert Trent Jones Parkway. Proceed to the Heritage Springs gated entrance. From the West: From U.S. 19, proceed east on State Route 54. Turn right on Little Road. Little Road crosses Trinity Boulevard and becomes Robert Trent Jones Parkway. Proceed to the Heritage Springs gated entrance. From the North: Take Little Road south. Little Road crosses Trinity Boulevard and becomes Robert Trent Jones Parkway. Proceed to the Heritage Springs gated entrance. From the South: Take East Lake Road north to Trinity Boulevard. Turn right and proceed to Little Road/Robert Trent Jones Parkway. Turn right on to Robert Trent Jones Parkway and proceed to the Heritage Springs gated entrance.
